Deputy Returning Officer Dale Harvey opened a 5 minute nomination
period
for the position of Vice President of the Association and noted that
the
business of the convention could continue during the nomination period. At
9:15 Mr.
Harvey made a final call for nominations. He noted that only
one nomination had been
received and declared Mr. Don McCallum elected as Vice President
of the Association
for the year 2003-2004. Mr. McCallum thanked the delegates
for their support.
